Razor clams sorting line

The Razor clams sorting line is designed to sort razor clams.

The installation is made up of components listed below.

• Reservoir
• Sorting machine
• Conveyor belt with blower

The reservoir is filled with water. Trays with razor clams are emptied into the reservoir. The conveyor belt placed in the reservoir ensures a regular supply to the Sorting Machine. On the Sorting machine, the consumption razor clams are separated from the waste by means of sorting rollers. The sorted mussels then slip on the Conveyor belt with blower, the waste is collected in a tub. On the Conveyor belt with blower, empty shells are blown from between the consumption razor clams and collected in a tub.
