The Cooling belt with dewatering shaker is designed to cool shrimps after cooking. Cooling stops the cooking process immediately.
The cooked shrimps are brought into the Cooling belt with dewatering shaker. The cooling range consists of a container filled with water with a conveyor on the bottom. The shrimps sink to the bottom and will be transported by the conveyor to the outfeed side. At the end of the container, the conveyor goes upwards and shrimps come out of the water. Here, the shrimps are rinsed. After the cooling process, the shrimps go to the dewatering shaker. Here the shrimp are dewatered by vibration.
