Full automatic weighing-packing line

The Full automatic weighing-packing line is designed to weigh mussels and pack in trays.

The Weigh unit funnel is filled through a conveyor. In the weigh unit portions are made. After weighing the underlying tray is filled with mussels. The conveyor now takes a step and places an empty tray under the weigh unit. The denester takes care of the supply of empty trays. After filling, the mussels are compacted with a vibrating plate so that no mussels protrude above the edge of the tray. After vibrating, the filled trays will come under the seal machine. Here the top of the tray is sealed. After sealing, the trays come out of the machine and can be further processed.
