Buffer cooling unit
The Buffer cooling unit is designed to cool and buffer cleaned mussels. The Buffer cooling unit is placed in a mussel processing line, before the packaging line. Thanks to the Buffer cooling unit, the packaging line can operate independently of the first part of the mussel line.
The Buffer cooling units are now arranged against each other but can also be installed separately from each other.
